Our Payment Policy:

• Security deposit is due at time of booking ($400)
• 50% of the remaining total is due 60 days prior to arrival
• Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Refund Policy:

• 90 days or more before check-in - 100% refund of all payments made
• 60 to 90 days prior to check-in - 75% refund of all payments made
• 30 to 60 days prior to check-in - 50% refund of all payments made
• Less than 30 days prior to check-in - no refund, however we can offer a 50% credit toward a future booking
